Welcome to the My Healthy Weight Programme!
Next programme starts January 2026, are you ready?
A 12-week journey designed to help you achieve and maintain a healthy body weight in a sustainable, supportive and non-judgemental way.
This programme has been developed with real life in mind. It’s not about quick fixes or rigid rules. Instead it’s about helping you build confidence in your own choices, make small, manageable changes, and develop a healthier relationship with food, movement and self-care.
Read on to find out about everything that is included for £99 per month.
Throughout the programme, we’ll explore three core pillars that work together to support long-term health:
Nutrition – You’ll learn how to nourish your body with balanced meals, understand portion sizes, make sense of food labels, and eat in a way that feels both satisfying and sustainable whilst nourishing your body.
During the programme, you will attend 6 remotely delivered group sessions, covering the following:
- Eating ratios and the fundamentals of eating well
- Boosting protein and fats
- Fibre, vitamins and minerals
- Sugar free challenge and removal of ultra processed foods
- Supporting hormone balance in the body
- The role of digestion
Exercise – Whether you’re new to movement or already active, we’ll guide you through exercises and activity strategies that support your fitness and energy levels in a realistic and enjoyable way.
At the start of the programme, you will meet 1:1 with your Personal Trainer who will explain what you can expect, take your baseline body composition measurements and support you to set physical activity goals. Specifically tailored weekly group exercise sessions will be offered at Crook Log Leisure Centre on either Wednesdays at 6pm or Thursdays at 9:30am (both classes will be the same). You’ll also be encouraged to find ways of being more active outside of these structured sessions, with a host of ideas provided by your Personal Trainer.
At the end of the programme, you’ll meet with your Personal Trainer again to discuss next steps and take your final body composition measurements so you can see exactly what progress you’ve made in just 12 weeks! Mindset Tools – Lasting change often begins in the mind. We’ll share practical tools and insights to help you understand your habits, overcome barriers, build motivation, and feel more in control of your health journey.
Throughout the programme, our partners at Arvra will deliver 6 remote group sessions, covering the following topics:
- Focus on anxiety, stress around starting something new and
entering new social communities such as this programme. - Focus on building sustainable habits, building support networks to
assist. - Psychology around eating and helping shift mindset into sustainable healthy eating.

If you are taking a GLP-1 Medication, such as Mounjaro or Wegovy, you will need to consider your plans to maintain your healthy changes when you stop taking it. Our team of experts are trained to help you identify the most sustainable and beneficial long term plan. They can also help you to manage any side effects. Whether you are taking a GLP-1 currently, plan to in the future, or have already had it, My Healthy Weight can help.

Once enrolled, you will receive an introduction pack containing a range of support resources and Meet the Team information which will introduce you to our team of experts who will be guiding you through your journey to My Healthy Weight.

Prices for additional 1:1’s are as follows:
- Registered Nutritionist: £60
- Arvra expert (psychotherapist or Lifestyle Coach) : £60
- Personal Trainer: £60

Eligibility Criteria
To enrol in My Healthy Weight, you must:
- Be aged 18+
- Have a BMI >25
- Not have an eating disorder
- Not be pregnant
- Must be able to travel to Crook Log Leisure Centre
