We are proud of the journey we're on. Our innovative approach and strong partnership working have contributed to a 12% increase in physical activity among priority groups across the communities we serve. We have made great progress in addressing health inequalities and promoting active lives.
Who are we?
Through our comprehensive, clinically informed, and community-powered “My Healthy Way” framework, we deliver a diverse portfolio of inclusive physical activity and wellbeing initiatives across the communities we serve.
Through initiatives such as community Musculoskeletal (MSK) Hubs, GP referrals, cardiac rehabilitation, and weight management services, we deliver impactful outcomes for priority demographics, advocating for healthier, happier communities.
My Healthy Way is brought to the communities we serve by a team of experts with over 30 years experience:
Andy is passionate about the difference that physical activity and sport can make, especially for disabled people and people living with life-long conditions. As a father of a child with chronic lung disease, he has seen first hand the difference that physical activity can make to physical and mental health.
Andy brings a broad set of skills and knowledge of governance, marketing, sport policy and business, partnership influencing and engagement, an international track record of delivery and a portfolio of experience that encompasses a very wide range of public, private and third sector organisations and stakeholders.
Hannah is an experienced and strategic leader dedicated to reducing health inequalities by aligning our organisational vision with the priorities of national and local partners.

With nearly two decades in the sector, Hannah’s work, including the transformation of our leisure facilities into community Musculoskeletal Hubs, focuses on addressing barriers to participation and fostering inclusivity, to drive meaningful improvements in community health outcomes.
