Course description

Understanding how to balance our blood sugar levels can feel very overwhelming, especially if we have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, have insulin resistance or perhaps struggle to control your sugar cravings and energy levels.  This course is here to help you  understand how certain food groups, eating patterns and lifestyle factors can help to stabilise your blood sugar levels. This course is designed for anyone who would like advice, but also to work alongside any General Practitioner if you have been diagnosed with blood sugar imbalance, with the option to re-test your levels at the end of the course to demonstrate the health changes made.

Each week we will discuss a different element in supporting blood glucose, set 3 challenges to focus on, and offer detailed recipe and eating pattern guides on how to achieve this. At My Healthy Way, we do not want to advocate going on a diet, instead this is a simple guide combined with an educational element to help you make changes in the 6 week course and beyond.
